Your satisfaction is our priority. We want every piece of wall decor you order to look exactly as you imagined it in your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.
Cliniquevauban Store is operated by Transparent LLC (Entity File No. 201915010297), which bears full legal responsibility for all transactions, returns, and refunds processed through this store. Last updated: April 22, 2026.
Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from confirmed delivery, we are unable to process returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Tip: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage or a defect, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 72 hours for the fastest resolution.
Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unused condition — not hung, mounted, or altered
- Free from signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing hardware
- In original packaging where possible (or safely repacked to prevent transit damage)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage:
- Custom or personalized wall art (made-to-order pieces)
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked at time of purchase
- Items that have been installed, mounted, or modified
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return

Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] or call +1 (714) 717-2440 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. -
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may not be processed. -
Pack & Ship Your Item
Carefully pack the item to prevent transit damage. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email. -
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage that occurred during transit).
- Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item: We cover return shipping 100%. A prepaid label will be emailed to you.
- Change of Mind / Style Mismatch: The customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey. Please retain your tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we process it — bank processing times may vary
- Original outbound shipping charges of $4.99 are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If the refund amount differs from expected, contact us and we will clarify immediately
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable. We take product quality seriously and every report helps us improve.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After 12 hours, orders may already be in production or picked for fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the item ships.
Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a standard return after delivery.
