1.3 Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including canvas prints, framed art, wall hangings, decorative mirrors, and wall sculptures. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

1.5 Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product description. Cancellation requests submitted before an order ships will be honored; requests made after shipment are subject to our Return Policy.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US at this time.

3.2 Shipping Fee

A flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies to all orders regardless of order size or destination within our shipping zone. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where an error on our part necessitates a return.

3.3 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3.4 Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carrier conditions, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

3.5 Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

3.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where warranted, arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been installed, mounted, or show signs of use.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale or clearly marked clearance items
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling

4.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an approved RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4.5 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original $4.99 shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
